My wife and I were very happy with Gabe for our DJ. We got married June 10th in Foresthill, CA. We had shopped around and had some crazy high bids from other DJ’s, but Gabe came highly recommended from a client of mine. Very good selection of music, great “up-lighting,” kept a great flow for the dancing, awesome MC. Thanks again Gabe! I even recommended Gabe to a friend of mine who got married July 13th, he was very happy with Gabe as well.

He rocked!!After so much planning for a year you want this day to be perfect and he was there to make sure it was. He must of meet up with me at least three times before my wedding and was always available for anything we needed. He helped me organize my wedding more than my planner. When the day came everything was perfect and everyone had so much fun.He had great variety in music and we really got more than we paid for:D

Best DJ and Party, An Eventective User from SacramentoI just wanted to say that I was so glad my husband and I hired DJ G Mix to DJ our Daughter’s 18th Birthday party. We had been looking for a DJ for a last minute party and we could not find one on so short notice. Being a recent San Diego transport i didnt know many DJ’s or entertainment companies and I was referred to him by my Niece who had hired him to DJ her wedding. Luckily he was available and accommodated us for the party. After speaking with him on the phone and discussing the details of the event we were surprised when he called us the very next day and made it a point to meet with my daughter and I to review his music library and plan for events timeline for party. We met with him and he was very attentive to my daughters request for music, announcements, ect. He and his helper arrived 2 hours early and setup their equipment and even offered to help us setup and finish decorating the hall. He made suggestions and even put a spot light on the cake and used this cool image projector that displayed Happy 18th Nina in lights. We were not expecting that and was a nice gift from him. All in all the event went off without a hitch other then the caterers were late with serving dinner, the music was great. Gabe had our party guest dancing all night and he made it fun interacting with the crowd. He took request and even played music for some of the older guest to dance too! My only gripe..lol..a few songs had cuss words and were slipped through without clean versions.. however i know the kids were requesting them.. I just got tired of hearing grandma and elder family members complain to me about it.. not your fault.. Gabe, from Nina, Rick and I, thank you very much for making it a memorable night for my only daughter! We had a lot of fun and wish we knew you when we had her Sweet 16! Always professional and will always be my number one choice for a DJ when I’m looking to throw any event. DJ G Mix did an incredible job at my sons 16th Birthday Party, from the moment people started showing until the they left the party he had everyone dancing. He was able to appease the mixed ages in the crowd. He is very experienced and he knows how to include everyone in the party. It didn’t matter if you were 5 or 85 you were up and groovin to the music. He made it such a fun environment for everyone. DJ G Mix is definitely a fan favorite. Book him for you next event you won’t regret it. He will have you two-steppin, line dancing and party rockn’ all night long!

He was professional from beginning to end and he knew exatly how to adapt to our event. While guests arrived and ate he played nice background music at the perfect volume, and when it was time to party he knew how to play to the crowd to keep them dancing and having fun. He knows how to create a really cool environment with his lighting equipment. ! was totally impressed how the hall’s ambiance changed with his lighting. Plus, he was really helpful in connecting our video presentation to his sound equipment. Without his expertise, I would have had to run my video’s sound through a boom box! I’m really happy that we hired DJ G Mix and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
Gabe did a great job at my Halloween Party. He was on time, professional, and had a good feel for when to push the music to bring people to the dance floor. His mixes and DJ skills were seamless, adding a professional feel to my house party. Gabe’s light show converted my back yard into a club atmosphere, and his audio system is very clean and powerful. Would recommend his services 100%
